Things were fine, the only issue was the extra $25 as a hold for possible damages that I wasn’t aware of before hand which seems a bit scammy. I wasn’t charged for it as I didn’t damage anything but the hold on my funds without info beforehand is a little scammy imo. Everything else was good.

The breakfast was extensive and even offered plenty of gluten-free options. With 24-hour coffee service, you never had to go out for it.

Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect cleanliness and great comfort on the bed and pillow. Very happy with the stay.

Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast options were very good.

Everything was clean and luxurious. Bed was comfortable, the step in shower was great for this old woman with knee issues, and all in all, an excellent experience.

The pool area is amazing!!! The setup for the hot tub is really nice especially when you have kids and you just want to relax. The breakfast is great and so are the employees!!

Clean room and comfortable beds. The totally dark curtians were great too. Helped us all sleep in!

Very nice hotel. Comfortable beds. Great breakfast. Dog friendly and decent location (we were able to walk to the downtown area)

I’ve stayed dedicated to Holiday Inn for the last 3 years. Stayed in dozens of different locations. Pound for pound best location on the (my) map. Will reroute my drives at any given chance to pass through Eau Claire. VIBE Nutrition smoothies nearby = 👌 as well

New property, so everything was in great shape. We were there off season, so it wasn’t crowded or noisy. Close proximity to the town, shopping, places to eat.
