It was clean, new and conveniently located right off the highway! We were just stopping for a night so we were looking for convenience and this hit the mark! Eau Claire also had a great little downtown area with tons of fun places to eat so we were able to enjoy a dinner and breakfast at two super fun and unique places within a few minutes of the hotel! Holiday Inn is always a go to for me, this one did not disappoint!

Appreciate the early check in traveling with children, staff were very friendly. 2 ladies came to our room to set up crib and were very nice even when we ran into them later in the stay in the elevator they checked on how we were and how we slept. Overall excellent stay and would highly recommend.

The Holiday Inn I-94 West location was perfect for us. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we had a great time there. The hotel has a great breakfast and the soap and lotion in the bathrooms were Dove products which we loved. Our stay was very comfortable and accessible. Thank you for the opportunity.

Clean and comfortable, very spacious in the king with a foldout couch. The pool was nice. The exercise room looked good (although I didn't get in there). we had a decent view of the city.

Clean. Predictable- we stay here routinely. Great breakfast. Breakfast host friendly and efficient.

Everything was smooth from coming in to leaving. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. We had a very nice room and comfortable bed.

Very clean and new feeling. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Met the cleaning staff several times in the hallway and they greeted us each time with a smile and friendly hello.

Things were fine, the only issue was the extra $25 as a hold for possible damages that I wasn’t aware of before hand which seems a bit scammy. I wasn’t charged for it as I didn’t damage anything but the hold on my funds without info beforehand is a little scammy imo. Everything else was good.

Comfortable rooms and great continental breakfast. Location is great for the family we visit and being able to jump right back on 94 to head home. Would recommend to anyone.

Best free hotel breakfast. Spacious rooms and excellent customer service. The whole property was super clean and the location was close to many conveniences. I would definitely stay again.
